This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Project
The items I have requested will provide stress relieving activities for my students when they complete their work, or when they are feeling stressed. One of our units in health class is Mental Health, so they will especially become useful when we practice our own personal stress relieving activities in class.
The anxiety relieving coloring books for teens, fidgets, and stress relieving stickers will be used throughout the whole year as needed.
Lastly, the two prints to be hung in the classroom will remind students that it is okay to feel however they are feeling!
