I work with 26 fully remote Pre-Kindergarten students who come from a variety of cultures and backgrounds. Many are learning English as their second language. The majority of my students receive free or reduced-price lunch. For many of them, this is their first school experience. Our school currently has grades Pre-K through fourth grade. We plan to add fifth grade to our school next year.
My students are curious and eager to learn!
My goal this year is to create a nurturing environment where my students become independent learners, thinkers, and problem solvers. We are creating the future leaders of the world!
My Project
These supplies will be used to create individual health and safety bags for each of my students. Each child be will provided with an assortment of kid sized printed disposable face masks, mini sanitizers and facial tissues.
As the pandemic continues around the world, it is important for students to be prepared and have the supplies they need to be safe.
It is important to teach our young students how to be safe. Pre-Kindergarten students tend to touch everything in sight. These supplies will help them stay healthy, safe, and COVID free!
