My Project

Working with gifted students can bring a variety of personalities and learning challenges. My goal is to teach my students all about the benefits of yoga and how it can be a helpful as a tool to assist their daily learning.

Yoga can help improve students' focus and concentration, ease anxiety and stress, and help to create a peaceful state of mind.

As an added bonus having my students participate in regular yoga sessions will helps to develop their motor skills, provide healthy coping mechanisms and enhance their overall well-being.
