Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Many of my students come from economically disadvantaged areas. At this age, my school students are going through many changes, including physical changes. These developmental changes sometimes make students feel self-conscious about their bodies.

Thus, in order to help them look after themselves, this project aims to focus on their hygiene and health.

Specifically, I seek hygienic products that will allow them to feel better about themselves and less self-conscious. These items include antiperspirants, deodorants, tissues, and tampons. Additionally, the long days of school require healthier options for snacks. Instead of eating unhealthy food, students should have alternative options.
