This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

A chain reaction of support starts with one share.
The students in our school are 1:1 with Chromebooks. However, we were unable to provide headphones to go along with this technology. When students are working independently, whether in the classroom or at home, they need headphones to help focus their attention on the material being taught through the Chromebook.
Headphones are used by our students on a daily basis to access computer-based interventions, such as Lexia and iReady Reading; and frequently our students' headphones need to be replaced because of normal wear and tear by our students.
Having sets of headphones in the classroom would ensure that all students can access the curriculum materials at any time. With the use of headphones, it will help keep the noise level at a minimum while keeping learning at a maximum.
