My Project

Technology is an integral part of education in today’s world, especially for young learners. In our classroom, we use various programs to build foundational literacy and math skills, listen to engaging stories, and explore interactive activities.

Unfortunately, we don’t have enough headphones to ensure every student can participate fully.

By funding this project, you will provide my 25 kindergarteners with durable, comfortable headphones that fit their little ears perfectly. This will allow them to focus without distractions, enabling them to stay engaged and absorb knowledge effectively. The NYC Department of Education provides many amazing tools for our students, but classroom budgets are stretched thin. Your support will help bridge this gap and give my students the tools they need to succeed. There are many apps that allow children to read and then hear themselves.
