Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

I have a 1st grade classroom with 27 students whom half are ESL language learners. They love to work with the technology academic programs that we use for math and literacy. They wish they had working headphones to help them hear these programs better and to be able to focus and not hear other noises in the classroom. They are making progress but I know they would make so much more if they had headphones that worked and we're not falling apart.

My Project

My students keep asking for working headphones to be able to use and focus on the math and reading technology programs in the classroom. They are making so much progress and I would love for them to be able to make so much more. In order for that to happen, my students need working headphones that are not falling apart or have wires showing. These new headphones will allow my students to have their own pair that they can use on any computer that is available. They will not have to share and worry if they will be getting a broken pair to use.
