Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Having headphones for each student will allow each child access to educational content such as taking virtual tours of the world during social studies or listening independently to a variety of fiction and nonfiction text.

The goal of my project is to ensure equity; not having tools such as a headphone becomes a barrier to equal opportunity.

My students are hard-workers who are striving to be their very best. With their love of technology, varied learning style and reading level, having a headphone will allow means of entry and open windows that were not accessible to them. This ensures the “sky will not be their limit”!
