My Project

Hello!

We are in desperate need of headphones in my 3rd grade class!

So much of our work is now on the computer. We complete assignments as well as explore the world on our computers. We need headphones to help keep us focused and to complete our work without distracting others. I work in Baltimore were resources and money can be tight, especially for our parents!

Here are more reasons how my class will benefit from headphones!

Minimize Distractions: Headphones help block out external noises, allowing students to focus better on their tasks without getting distracted by ambient sounds in the classroom.

Individualized Learning: With headphones, students can engage in personalized learning activities tailored to their individual needs. They can listen to audio instructions, educational videos, or interactive learning programs at their own pace without disturbing others.

Enhanced Concentration: By reducing auditory distractions, headphones can improve students' concentration levels during independent work or group activities, leading to better academic performance and comprehension.

Privacy: Headphones provide a sense of privacy, especially during activities that involve listening to recordings or participating in online assessments. This can help students feel more comfortable and confident in their learning environment.

Accessibility: For students with auditory processing difficulties or sensory sensitivities, headphones can make learning more accessible by reducing sensory overload and creating a more conducive learning environment.
