My Project

Help give my amazing students the materials that they need to succeed this school year! My students come from a neighborhood on the south side of Chicago with a high degree of poverty and economic disparity. Students often struggle to obtain the basic resources and support necessary for their learning. Despite this, they are hard workers and are willing to take on all challenges in science class.

The headphones will foster student engagement and focus during individualized and small group learning in my classroom.

Many of my students do not have access to headphones and have expressed how my they impact their ability to focus during class. They will also allow students to engage in virtual laboratory activities as we finish our year!
