My Project

The students I serve come from a high-trauma and predominantly low-income neighborhood. These students are just as deserving of a positive educational experience.

I plan on using the headphones to create a calm and focused environment for my students when they are using their iPads during small group instruction.

The headphones ensure that students can hear their devices without interruptions and distractions from the noise in the classroom.

I plan on using the chair pocket organizers to place leveled books and books of their choice for each student. This gives them personal access to their own reading materials and encourages my students to read daily.

I plan on using the Post-it chart paper to chart daily warm-ups, graphic organizers, etc. This allows students to see a visual of their learning in the classroom.
