Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are determined learners with big hearts and even bigger dreams. I teach a vibrant group of second-grade special education inclusion students in a Title I school where every day is filled with curiosity, growth, and determination.

In our busy classroom, focus can be a challenge, especially when students work on individualized learning programs.

Without headphones, distractions multiply, and it becomes difficult for my students to fully engage with their lessons.

Headphones will provide each student with a personalized learning experience by allowing them to hear clearly during online reading, math, and language programs, reducing classroom noise and distractions to help them stay focused, and supporting students’ individual learning paces and needs in an inclusive setting.

With headphones, my students can concentrate on their tasks, block out distractions, and confidently engage in personalized learning. For students in special education, access to focused learning time is critical for academic and social growth.
