My Students

My students come to school ready to learn. Having different and engaging materials in the class encourages them to explore. I am looking to keep things simple and provide my students with creative and meaningful learning experiences. My students attend a small, urban elementary school in a mid-sized city. The majority of kids in the school are eligible for free or reduced priced meals and typically do not have access to a great deal of technology. Aside from the lack of resources, my students have a great enthusiasm for learning.

My Project

Our class uses iPads on a daily basis. We are on our technology at many times throughout the day. My students need headphones to use while reading and listening to books on the iPads so that they can listen to books without disturbing their classmates with the iPad volume!

We would use this class set of headphones daily. Students are learning and participating in centers that involve using iPads, and would love to have headphones to participate in all of this in a quiet classroom full of learning! Thank you so much for your support!
