Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My students make up the second grade ELL students. This year my students are doing blended learning, which means I have students coming in to school and I have students online.
Most of the day, my students are doing different activities, due to the differentiation that takes place in the classroom.
We are using a lot of different tools to make this differentiation work.
My Project
My students are going back and forth between distance learning and learning in the classroom. All of my students have been supplied with devices to learn at home but now we need some headphones. These headphones will allow students to hear during a google meet and to hear using the software programs that we use in our classroom to learn. We often use the students tablets in the classroom to maintain how to use tablets so when they are home the learning is the same. Students have a hard time hearing what is being said because of the noise coming from other tablets. These headphones would help a lot!
