This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Many of our students try hard to learn. They come from low income families that can not provide “extra” supplies. The school will give headphones that are very uncomfortable and break easily. Help allow them to soar! These headphones will serve the students to be able to hear stories and take virtual assessments given to them by staff. They will no longer have to remove headphones because they are hurting their ears or because the simply do not hear anything from them. Their headphones provide them the opportunity to complete work and gain confidence.
