My Students

Over the past 4 years I had the pleasure of seeing many students grow academically and emotionally. This school year is going to be a challenge for everyone especially for the students since they will experience a whole new way of learning.

In my school the majority of the population struggle to identify and self regulate their emotions but despite their obstacles they still manage come to school ready, willing and eager to learn.

I value the relationships that I have made with each of my students over the years and even though this year will be different for everyone I hope they will be as confident and optimistic where ever learning will take place.

My Project

The storage bins will be used in the classroom to keep each students' supplies and materials separate to keep the students safe. The dry erase markers, erasers and clipboards will keep students engaged in learning.

The materials will be used for learning both inside and outside the classroom.

The fraction tiles will be used to model both inside and outside the classroom. When we are learning our fraction unit, which is a major cluster on the math state exam these will be very beneficial. I will be using the portable white board inside the classroom for small group instruction and outside the classroom to model new skills. The XP-Pen will enhance virtual learning on pre-recorded mini lessons and live Zoom instruction.
