This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As months have gone by with my class, I truly have seen how their interest for reading has grown. I have noticed my students have been obsessing over wanting to read more about sports and Weird but True books. As a teacher, there’s nothing more amazing to see than a student regardless of their reading level be able to make connections or discuss about what they read with their classmates. Unfortunately I don’t have enough books to supply 45 of my students.

I truly do believe that these books will grow the love for reading for all my students.
