My Project

While students are overwhelmed with technology and screens, it's important we give them a variety of genres and books to read; to encourage them to go beyond their screen and see so much more. It's equally important that we give them a place to settle in and read comfortably. With this project I hope to provide my students both an opportunity to read and a place to settle in with a good book (futon, stools, floor pillows). Through reading students can learn, grow, imagine, dream of a world beyond video games and cell phones.
