Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are very responsible and hardworking, they work together to create a good classroom atmosphere full of learning; moreover, I would like to motivate through incentives and treats to keep them engaged and goal oriented. In my classroom, there are 37 students each student has a job that teaches them responsibility and leadership skills. My students must work as a team to make sure the class is running smoothly; therefor, rewarding them to keep them focused and driven is very important. Making sure that my students are motivated will support our learning environment tremendously.
