Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As an independent study teacher at a PBIS school, I am now educating a great group of enthusiastic fourth, fifth, and sixth grade students online. My students are excited about learning and love to share their ideas. We have an amazing time everyday talking and learning during Google Meet class.

My incredible students deserve a spectacular holiday season!

As the temperature continues to drop, they need a soft, cozy blanket to stay warm at home and concentrate during Google Meet class. The ones I am requesting are filled with encouraging, positive sayings. I know they will love these motivating blankets.

Additionally, I would love to give them a gingerbread house kit to do with their families over the long holiday break. Most of my kiddos love our weekly art lessons and have expressed interest in marker sets. This will allow my students to colors their amazing pieces of art. Finally, we will create cute snowman together during Google Meet class with the kits I am requesting. This will bring collaboration and creativity to our class time.

By contributing to this project, you will ensure 24 children receive warm and fun gifts this holiday season. Thank you for making this a wonderful holiday season for my super scholars!
