Help me give my students interactive engaging material to wrap up 4th quarter online. I want to send my 8th graders to high school on a positive note.

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

A chain reaction of support starts with one share.
My students share that excitement and joy of understanding the past so that they can have a brighter future.
My students crave the desire to learn and engage with each other.
Many of them need hands-on learning. I have begun this process with them by breakout groups and collaborative learning through online platforms.
My students are inquisitive, voracious learners who desire new materials to help them grow.
Students at my school are inquisitive, compassionate, and creative. As English Language learners, hands-on interactive notebooks are so important to my students and are truly valued.
I am a 8th grade teacher at a 6-8 middle at a high Title I school. Many of my students do not have access to materials and resources at home and rely on our classroom supplies to complete projects and interactive notebook activities.
My Project
These materials will allow the students to engage and grow as historians and active learners. It is often difficult to keep 8th graders engaged especially in the 4th quarter then add a pandemic.
I am asking for your help so that we can persevere through and hone in on our historian perspective to end our middle school journey.
Your donation can help those students who struggle to understand the concept by seeing the content in a brand new way. It will also allow me the opportunity to guide struggling students in small groups while my accelerated students journey self inquiry questions.
