Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I teach Special Education with students who have extensive learning needs and unique abilities. My students deserve a beautiful and organized classroom setting. Special education classrooms tend to be gray, simple, and generally uninteresting. That's not to say that those types of classrooms are negative in any way, just the opposite of what I like to see in a classroom. I think that Special Education classrooms should be colorful and full of creativity and visuals to support student learning. I work hard to keep my classroom engaging and interesting so that my students want to come to school and want to be here. The items that I am requesting include Better Than Paper bulletin board paper which is durable and easy to clean (perfect for a Special Education!) as well as some storage options to help keep the classroom clutter free and clean!

Any share or donation is incredibly helpful and will help my students thrive!
