Dr. Seuss' birthday is around the corner and my classroom Dr.Seuss books includes titles that are too difficult for my readers to read on their own. There are many titles, like One Fish, Two Fish, that are just-right for beginning readers. These beginner readers would be a perfect addition to my classroom library. We would love to have these books in our hands to celebrate Dr. Seuss' birthday.
Dr. Seuss books provide core vocabulary for language development and encourage children to learn new words.
The repetitive text also allows readers to feel confident while reading on their own. Let's wish Dr. Seuss a happy birthday with happy readers!
