My Students

My students are a high energy, curious and fun loving. My sudents are from a low income urban area in New York.

In these unprecedented times, due to the Covid-19, we have had to stay and teach and from our homes.

We are creating and using lessons online to reach the students. We use lessons on Seesaw, YouTube, RazKids, SumDog, IXL and Zearn.

My Project

My district was able to supply most students with chromebooks for their learning. The students have been working really hard and striving to complete work online using the resources available to them. I create and use lessons on Seesaw, YouTube, RazKids, SumDog, IXL and Zearn to teach our students.

Having a Chromebook will enable me to be on the same platform that my students are on and increase their remote learning experience.

I will be able to review and teach new concepts on Google Meets where I see them face to face, virtually.

I can troubleshoot effectively when they have easy technical issues since I have the same Chromebook. Ease of connection through Google Hangouts will make for more productive outcomes for both teacher and students!
