Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

When students are able to listen to the audio of a text, their level of comprehension is better. Being able to keep these headphones in good shape is a big factor in ensuring my students have access to whatever tools they need to improve their comprehension.

This project is to fund wall hooks for my classroom so we can better store our headphones.

Our current method is to store headphones in a plastic container, and they get tangled up and broken down by careless students. By dedicating part of a wall to headphones, I'll be able to number them and assign them to specific students, keep better track of them, and ensure they stay in good condition for a longer amount of time.

This will also ensure that each set of headphones is accounted for at the end of the day, because I'll be able to see it at a glance.

The colored paper will allow me to print texts that give my students relief from the usual white paper, as some of them read better with it.
