My Project

Giving my students the opportunity to play and learn at the same time is a priority for me. Iʻm asking for items that help my class enjoy learning through hands-on experiences. Teaching is one thing but touching and manipulating through play seals the learning into their long term memory. The power of play is so important and building that into our day is a must. Iʻm hoping to enrich the lives of my students through this opportunity and have them remember 2nd grade as one of the best years of their lives. I love what I do and Iʻm so happy that there is DonorsChoose to help me make teaching more engaging for my students.
