Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are fun, thoughtful, and eager to learn! My students really enjoy engaging activities and projects that are hands-on. They are always thinking of different ways to better their work and make their ideas come to life.

My students persevere and collaborate in order to get things done.

Every challenge is embraced. Even better, my students are so proud to be bilingual! My students are fearless and use every possible obstacle as a learning tool to excel in our classroom.

My Project

The use of student friendly materials is a daily activity in my classroom, mainly across all subjects. Using tangrams, student clocks, counting counters, journals, and dry erase pockets reusable sleeves allow my students to not only work independently but have a better chance of grasping the skill. These items will be extremely beneficial for students that are tactile learners and need the hands-on support. Even better, students are able to use these materials at home while learning remotely! Provide my students with the chance to be more successful learners, whether it's from home or in the classroom.
