My Project

I want my students to be able to model and experience hands-on learning for probability and statistics content by building clay dice to test with significance tests, simulating conditional probability with M&Ms and Skittles, and determine lines of best fit by evaluating hand-size and number of Starbursts held.

My goal is for students to develop a deep, personal understanding of abstract probability and statistics content to ensure their success in the course and in future data-driven careers.

My students are hardworking, driven and dedicated to their academic success; they deserve a sweet treat during our hands-on activities!
