This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

In elementary school, students are building the foundation for their future math skills. However, for many students, abstract math concepts can be difficult to understand without the right tools to make those concepts come to life. To help my students grasp these concepts in a more tangible way, I am seeking donations to provide them with math manipulatives and toolkits.

These hands-on tools will allow students to visualize math problems, solve them step-by-step, and develop a deeper understanding of fundamental math skills.

From understanding addition and subtraction to more complex topics like multiplication, division, and geometry, manipulatives make abstract ideas concrete and accessible.
