Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My first grade students love working with hands-on materials and supplies. The materials that I am asking for will greatly help me make my classroom instruction more interactive with educational games, building materials, and other supplies to be used in small-group instruction. In reading and mathematics small-group, students' individual needs and learning styles are met.

By donating to our project, you will not only help to improve and increase student attention and focus, you will ultimately help to increase their academic achievement.

These supplies will be used by students in small group intervention as well as self-directed learning time. The Power Pens will be used to review skills learned in class, the Play-doh will be used to practice making spelling words, the whiteboards will be used to track student response in whole-group activities.
