My Project

Hands on learning in first grade is so important. My students need manipulatives to build learning skills and fine motor skills. These manipulatives will help inspire children to twist, notch and stretch their fine motor skills and imaginations.

A magnetic whiteboard will allow me to make one to one connections to the students learning.

Students can come to the board and move, construct and make connections to skills being taught. Hands on learning is very important to a first graders leaning process. Not all children learn in the same way.
