Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are spunky, bright kids who come from low income areas. They may not have everything they need while attending school via Zoom. I am committed to providing the best education for my kiddos. Although, the families do not have the resources to provide, I will be sure to do just that.

My Project

My students are from low income areas so these manipulatives will assist in teaching them the essentials. I can project the manipulatives on the screen and the students will be able to complete the goal. These items will also help me create individual manipulative packs for the students to take home and work at home. As a first and second grade teacher, I know the students are in the critical times in their lives where learning is essential. Anything that is taught to them now, will stick with them forever!
