My Students

We are a family! My students are caring and loving 10 and 11-year-olds. The majority of my students come from low-income households, and many will be first-generation college attendees. This group of students strives to be the best they can be for themselves, their family, and their teacher.

Many of my students are refugees and are trying to adjust to life in the United States.

They are excited to learn, and I want to provide them with the best learning environment.

My Project

These games are for my students to build, learn, and interact with each other. Most of my students are lacking hands-on play with themselves and their peers. One of the games will be used for my English Language learners to help them spell, learn new words, and practice what they already know. The other games provide hands-on building fun. Students will be able to construct structures using magnetic blocks and other building materials. Students will also be able to play and construct domino courses. The dominos can also be used to practice multiplication facts.
