Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students benefit from hand-strengthening activities and fine motor games improve their academic success and writing skills. They are always excited when they enter the room and see new therapeutic toys or games. During our sessions, we use strengthening putty to work on hand strengthening.

Learning through play will empower my students to guide their own learning.

The games I will receive will help my students improve their fine motor skills, which will further help them in academic success, cognitive development, and writing skills. Many of my students have a difficult time with regulation and transitioning back to class and a fidget will help them with a smoother transition and regulation. Thank you so much!
