Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
Give this project a boost!
A chain reaction of support starts with one share.
My special education students from Texas are students who love to learn new things. They come to school each day ready to try new things and take brave chances in order to grow. Every child has capabilities, talents, and strengths; sometimes, all it takes is exposure or motivation. They work very hard to overcome their deficits and achieve success. They work well with manipulatives, hands-on learning activities, social skills, and sensory time. My students work on their level with for math, writing, reading, science, and social studies, and become more independent every day.
My Project
These materials will continue to enhance my students learning in the classroom. My classroom has multiple centers and hands-on learning taking place that my students really enjoy. My students will be able to complete their work independently! Every student will be given the opportunity to discover new ways to learn and they are thankful for the opportunities. All of these materials have been chosen with my students in mind because they are now exploring their environment and opening up more and more. My students require visual and tactile materials to learn with.
My students will be able to choose materials, which will help them continue to progress in all areas.
With these hands-on materials and visuals, my students will be able to choose from a variety of activities that will allow them to be more independent. They will also be able to choose interactive materials that keep them interested in learning. The best way to increase their ability to read, count, social-emotional, and more. The materials will continue to help my students grow and become confident. My students already have shown an astonishing interest in being independent and this project will only help enrich their academic and social-emotional experiences.
