Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

With your lovely donation, I will be able to create a comfortable classroom for my students with autism. These items will meet the sensory needs of students and allow them to self-regulate and better focus on their learning.

Your donation will help promote an accessible and engaging learning environment.

Sensory-seeking students will be able to fidget, move, and spin in a safe manner. Flexible seating will allow students to wiggle while staying engaged in instruction. Finally, a sensory hammock will provide a place for students to calm down if they feel overwhelmed.
