This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Students will be learning about scarcity, choice, opportunity costs, supply and demand, and so much more. Learning economics can be so boring in a traditional setting, but these hands-on supplies can help learning become more fun! Using these manipulatives, students will be more engaged, and ready to learn, and see positive learning outcomes. These tools will also support their learning of how to graph in a way that is more engaging and less intimidating for all. Students will be able to understand the difference between micro and macroeconomics and how to make the best financial decisions as they transition into adulthood.
