Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We’re taking our class on a field trip to a local park to teach them grounding techniques that promote mindfulness and reduce stress. Students will engage in activities like mindful breathing, walking barefoot on grass, yoga and connecting with nature through their senses.

Your support will help cover the snacks portion of our trip to keep students energized and engaged.

With your support, we can create an unforgettable outdoor learning experience for our students that inspires mindfulness, connection, and personal growth. Thank you for making this calming, educational experience possible!
