Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The sport's equipment that I have selected will give my students the opportunity to engage in physical activity.

My students are low income families and need support in learning to build healthy habits in their life.

They need to be involved in sports so that they keep themselves busy and away from making bad choices on the streets. The students enjoy playing sports in the schoolyard but often times the equipment is missing. Staying involved in sports will also encourage them to stay fit and have better lifestyles and encourage their peers to join.
