My Project

Let's face it, growing up is hard! It takes a team of people to help kids navigate the transitions that happen in elementary school. At our school, we have a Guy's Stuff night to encourage boys and their dads to come together and start the dialogue about the changes that will happen.

This evening gives our boys a sense of security and lets them know that the school and their family are working together to support them.

It reminds them that there are people who are supportive and are willing and happy to answer their questions.

To support this evening, I am asking for a variety of hygiene supplies that our boys will need. I am requesting deodorant, mouth wash, a comb, Chapstick, and face wash to put into a bag that they can take home with them. Having this bag will allow our students to keep all their supplies in one place, and give them a sense of ownership over their personal hygiene.
