Help me give my students a new set of class guitars to support the growth of the guitar program, providing more students with the opportunity to learn and develop their musical skills.

My Project

To support the program’s growth and ensure that all students have access to playable instruments, we seek to outfit the program with 30 new acoustic guitars and protective cases. The school's Guitar Program is dedicated to providing students with the opportunity to develop their musical abilities through high-quality instruction and hands-on experience.

Currently, our program faces a shortage of functional instruments, limiting students’ ability to practice, perform, and fully engage in their musical education.

Many of our existing guitars are aging, with worn-out strings, damaged frets, and structural issues that hinder playability. Without access to reliable instruments, students struggle to develop proper technique, maintain motivation, and reach their full potential.

By acquiring 30 new acoustic guitars, we can provide each student with a quality instrument that enhances their learning experience. These guitars will allow for consistent instruction, ensemble performances, and individual practice, fostering both technical skill and a deeper appreciation for music. Additionally, protective cases will ensure the longevity of these instruments, keeping them in excellent condition for future students.

Expanding our inventory of playable guitars will also help grow the program by encouraging more students to participate. Many students are eager to learn but are unable to purchase or bring their own instruments. With school-provided guitars, we can remove financial barriers and create an inclusive environment where all students, regardless of background, can explore their musical interests.

Investing in these instruments is an investment in our students’ creativity, discipline, and artistic growth. With this support, we can continue to inspire the next generation of musicians.
