This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As an educator dedicated to providing students with a well-rounded music education, I’m thrilled to offer my students the opportunity to learn and perform on newly donated guitars. However, to ensure these instruments remain in good condition and are accessible for practice and performance outside of school hours, we need 20 guitar cases. These cases will provide students with a safe and reliable way to transport their guitars, protect them from damage, and encourage regular practice at home.

Many of our students come from low-income families and do not have the resources to purchase their own instruments or protective gear.

By providing these cases, we will not only safeguard the guitars but also empower students to take responsibility for their instruments, giving them the freedom to practice and grow as musicians in their own time. The cases will also ensure that our guitars remain in excellent condition for years to come, allowing future students to benefit from this donation as well.

Music education is a powerful tool for building confidence, discipline, and creativity. With your support, these guitar cases will help my students continue to develop their musical skills, perform confidently, and experience the joy of learning an instrument. Thank you for your consideration and for helping to make a lasting impact on our music program.
