My Project

Guided meditation can help adolescents succeed in school by providing them with tools to manage stress, improve concentration, and enhance cognitive function. Regular practice of meditation can lead to better focus during study sessions, improved memory recall during exams, and increased resilience in the face of academic challenges. Additionally, meditation can promote emotional regulation, which can help adolescents navigate social interactions and handle peer pressure effectively. Overall, integrating guided meditation into their weekly routine can support adolescents in achieving academic success by fostering a calm and focused mindset conducive to learning and growth.

Guided meditation is offered during student support once a week and students sign up to participate.

We need yoga mats and flameless candles for our student sessions.
