Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

These specific items will help give my special ed students materials they will need to read in a guided group. Many students come into third and fourth grade not being able to read at all. These beginner books will help move them to where they need to be in a group.

My goal for this project is to have my Special Ed students read on grade level to the best of their abilities.

It is great if they can have confidence in themselves,and feel academically stable enough, to be able to accomplish their own goals on grade level.

What makes my students special is that they try so hard and want to be like everyone else. My students are from an Equity Focused school. They are all on different levels.
