My Students

I work as a psychologist with a diverse group of students ranging from kindergarten to students in our support classrooms. Many of them come to my office to learn skills, but also to have a place to calm down and feel safe. To learn and practice these skills, we use a variety of materials and resources.

In our school we embrace inclusion and the more skills I can support and teach the better!

These skills will help our students become successful in school and in life.

My Project

These activities and books will help enhance individual and small group social-emotional groups to help make them fun and engaging! Our students need to have fun while learning ways to help recognize and manage their emotions. In addition, the skills taught while using these materials can help foster important strategies that will last a lifetime.

When students practice skills by playing games in a structured setting, it can help them generalize those skills throughout their entire life and community!

Practicing these skills help foster positive interpersonal interactions, healthy emotion regulation, and teamwork with other peers.
