This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Project
This year I want my students to have an amazing science enriched learning experience! My students generally like science, but this year I want them to love it.
In order to do this I believe that having a newsletter dedicated to science will help them understand concepts more.
Scholastic and Science Spin have great articles that can help students relate what they learn in class to the real world.
They will also benefit from hands on science manipulatives and worksheets, through TpT that will really help enforce the learning process and help them not only excel on the state test, but also foster their passion for learning and achieve academic success in science. In order to help make learning fun Plickers and Brainquest can be used to reenforce learning in small groups and whole group. Hopefully creating a group of future scientists.
