Help me give my students some of our favorite classroom books: Chicka Chicka Boom Boom, Five Little Monkeys Jumping on the Bed and Green Eggs and Ham. We want to send them home to read with family.

My Students
Our four-year-old preschool classroom is a child's first real-life experience within a school setting. Families are eligible through their income or other risk factors, such as having a single parent or the parent was a teenager when the child was born.
Our students are always eager to learn, soaking up learning like little sponges.
We offer them experiences with many hands-on activities such as play dough, painting, drawing, writing, riding bikes, music, and movement. This year because of Covid, we are learning virtually but we still need to use manipulatives for hands-on learning. Fine motor skills are so important at this age!
My Project
Repitition is the key to growing pre-reading skills in PreK. We read so many books so many times and our four year-olds love it! Some of our favorites are Green Eggs and Ham, Chicka Chicka Boom Boom, and Five Little Monkeys Jumping on the Bed.
Our families love when we send books home to add to their child's collection.
We encourage parents and grandparents to read with their children every day.
This project would help us send these great books home so our students can show their families just how hard we "work" in preschool to get ready for kindergarten.
