My Project

Our classroom is filled with curiosity, dirt under our nails, and water in our boots—and now, we need books to match our learning adventures! This project will help us build a diverse classroom resource library filled with lab books, field guides, and interactive resources that support everything from aquaponics and gardening to aquaculture and environmental science.

Books like The Sibley Field Guide to Birds, Gardening Lab for Kids, and The Marine Biology Coloring Book will give my students hands-on, visual ways to learn.

Whether we’re studying for FFA contests or prepping for the Envirothon competition, these materials will offer engaging support for a variety of learning styles. Our library will include everything from scientific lab guides to colorful, creative resources that spark joy while expanding knowledge.

My students are active learners who thrive with resources that connect classroom concepts to the natural world around them. With your help, we’ll build a fun, functional classroom library that supports learning in the greenhouse, garden, wet lab, and beyond.
