This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I am requesting a class set of headphones, zip bags, folders which will be used to enhance a print rich colorful classroom and garden bags for growing vegetables in our school garden.
My students will be able to plant and grow a variety of vegetables such as cucumbers, tomatoes, okra, bell peppers and pumpkins.
The headphones will be used to use with iPads indoor and outdoor in our environments or to make history come alive by sharing the sights and sounds of the city that we live in.
The students will plant and manage the garden. The produce will be given to families in our community.
