My Project

The specific items will significantly impact our students' learning by providing them with the necessary equipment to participate in lacrosse. Many of our students come from low-income housing and lack the funds to purchase such equipment. By offering these resources, we can create an inclusive environment where all girls, regardless of their financial background, have the opportunity to learn and engage in a sport that teaches valuable life lessons, including teamwork, resilience, and leadership.

Our goals for this project are to introduce lacrosse as a new sport for our students and to foster a sense of community and empowerment among them.

This initiative aims not only to enhance their physical skills but also to build confidence and a team setting.

What makes our students special is their enthusiasm and potential. Despite the challenges they face, they are eager to learn and grow. By giving them the chance to experience lacrosse, we can help them discover new passions and opportunities they may not have encountered otherwise.
